Mineral Makeup Review – Makeup Review – Gunk In Cosmetics
Taking time on my lunch break today and trying to find a list of mineral makeup brands, or mineral makeup companies. I found a great article titled:
What Natural Gunk Is Going Onto Your Skin?
The Article can be found on Best Mineral Makeup Companies, as well as Makeup Advice 101. The article itself is by Austina Kleebus. I tried to contract her directly and will see if we can post this great article of hers here at Mineral Makeup Reviews Organization. I think both of the sites above are just getting on their way in blogging etc, but they do ask for people to post and review products to help out consumers. There is no charge that I could see for advertising. I hate alot of ads on sites just like you all do so you’ll find these great and easy to navigate, just lacking some information
So help them out if you can and have the time.

This is what helping each other out for information is all about, especially since women are the busiest creatures on earth. lol
We all thank you

I love that you ladies here in Mineral Makeup Reviews Organization check other mineral makeup and cosmetic beauty sites and resources for makeup articles. I had already read this article by Ms. Kleebus.
There is so much “GUNK” in mineral makeup brands themselves that it was confusing when I decided to research makeup and cosmetic ingredients. I found sites like MSDS.com, but found it to be a site about trademarked ingredient names, not factually ingredents in most cases. Sericite was on there and called a mica, which it is not, it is made up of several other ingredients by individual manufacturing companies that “make” their own version of sericite. The highest ingredient in the sericite was silica, i.e. sand and I always look for mineral makeup with sericite because it really does add alot to mineral makeup foundations application ability and it’s in mosty hair care and skin care products now also!
The other mineral makeup ingredient I discovered with alot of controversy was bismuth, bismuth oxychloride (salt), and biron, all of which the Bare Minerals and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup Brands say is an anti-inflamatory, while Web MD and hundreds of other sites I read said it caused severe acne, rosacea and damage due to the sharp particle edges.
Well I could go on all morning on this topic, lol
Maybe I’ve just had too much caffeine from my Slick Chicks Coffee lipstick licking. lol
Thanks Mineral Makeup Reviews Organization for letting us ladies do our own mineral makeup reviews too.
