Best Mineral Makeup Not The New Matte Bare Minerals

Best Mineral Makeup foundation is that without bismuth and mica. Again for 2009 physicians and now large amounts of consumers are talking about mineral makeup that is bismuth free and mica free the best mineral foundations show also be biron and mica free due to the scratching surface of all those mineral ingredients.

This topic seams to have evolved and stayed in the limelight for quite some time, even allowing web md and the Examiner Mineral Makeup News Writer to be a top ranked in the google and other search for mineral makeup, though Google doesn’t rank sites by who’s the best mineral makeup brand, google as well as all the search engines use their own algorithms to place websites.  But that’s another topic.

Recently bareMinerals aka Bare Minerals, Bare Escentuals, ID Bare Minerals, etc, launched it’s version of matte mineral makeup foundation.  Though the small website offering free mineral makeup matte foundation samples,  had (as of last reading the fine print) absolutely NO information on what the mineral makeup ingredients were.  What’s up with that Bare Minerals.

We have the Sephora site as list the ingredients for those of you that would like to view them. Lauroyl Lysine, Silica, Calcium Silicate, Soil Minerals. May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.  (by the way SOIL Minerals is Bare Minerals’s way of NOT having to disclose the REAL ingredients. (see the FDA on trademarked ingredients names)  Be Aware of the other ingredients as MICA is a NO NO in mineral foundation also.  We hoped BE would get it right, but ??????

Most of the reviews at  Sephora are mixed, women either love it or hate it because it just sits on the skin due to the main ingredient Lauroyl Lysine, is derived from coconut fat (who wants fat on their skin) We didn’t see a preservative listed, but this new Bare Minerals Matte Foundaton Better have one, or the FAT ingredient Lauroyl Lysine will start to stink like any fat.  Yuck!

We have the new bare minerals matte foundation makeup samples heading our way and will let you know if the ingredients in their new mineral makeup are good or physician saying “stay away” again.

If you want to try the new Bare Minerals Matte Foundation then use their free mineral makeup samples site listed above.  Let us know what your mineral makeup bare minerals matte foundation reviews are.

Mineral Makeup Review – Micron i.e. Micronized Mineral Makeup

Mineral Makeup Review – Micron i.e. Micronized Mineral Makeup

For those of you that aren’t cosmetic chemists or geologists, lol :)   I want you all to be able to understand and find factual information so you understand for yourselves what the term micron and micronized means.

If those of you mineral makeup company owners, employees, forum owners, bloggers, reviewers, moderators of such will please visit any college chemistry or geology site and ask specific questions you will find an easy to use periodic element table (it will show you what each natural earth element or as you so often call them “mineral makeup ingredient” is.)

You will also be able to find the ultimate facts by visiting sites on the net like the FDA.gov site in the US for what is required of each and every cosmetic and toiletries manufacturing company, that includes real private label mineral makeup companies, false private label mineral makeup companies, and bulk mineral makeup wholesale companies found in US or US territories as well as INCI requirements, handling requirments, etc.

If you feel in any way, shape, or form that the makeup or cosmetic internet based company you’re purchasing from does not have the legal business IRS tax ID number, as well as state or local tax id numbers and LLC information you’ll find on the FDA.gov site how to handle this.  The better business bureau won’t do a thing but act as a third party, they have no legal way to help you.

I hope that this post has helped those of you that have contact us regarding information on how to tell if a mmu company is factually private label or buying in bulk and labeling correctly.  I am researching this as I type this article and will post as soon as I get the facts from the cosmetic consumers infomation site and the mineral makeup company owners that are willing to help participate.  So far only 5 mineral makeup manufacturing private label companies have/are complied.  Make us all wonder doesn’t it!

Compare mineral makeup, mineral makeup ingredients.  Your skin depends on you to keep it safe.

What WebMD.com Experts Say

Webmd is one of the most recognized medical sites on the Internet.

Recently the Webmd experts researched and tested mineral makeup brand products to determine what problems or not they caused to the skin.

The physician findings on mineral makeup included the fact that mineral makeup with talc, mica, bismuth oxychloride.  The main study concluded that mineral foundations with any of the above ingredients or they synonyms is detrimental to the health of your skin and is known to cause very harsh cystic acne breakouts as well as other problems.

There are just a few mineral makeup companies that don’t use bismuth or any of the other above mentioned mineral makeup ingredients in their products.  You can find a listing of these mineral makeup brands by searching the terms I.E. “Bismuth Free Mineral Makeup”  Or another form is “Matte Mineral Makeup”.  Please remember however that not all matte mineral makeup products are mica or talc free as both of these ingredients can be in a matte form.

Also Sericite is not a mica per say though it is a natural element sustrate and dependant upon where mineral makeup companies are purchasing their sericite it will have other natural mineral ingredients.

Please note:  Minerals is a term not a makeup, so please check each companies INCI listing for ingredients prior to purchasing and any company that doesn’t know what an INCI is you should not purchase from them as they are not abiding by the FDA.gov’s Cosmetic And Toiletries guidelines.

MSDS website listings are for trademarked products and not for general ingredient terms I.E. Sericite is one that the MSDS site has caused confusion for mineral makeup purchasers and mineral makeup company owners that don’t factually know what their INCI means per ingredient.

All in all you’re better to stick with a real private label mineral makeup company manufacturing their own products for your own health and safety.
