Best Mineral Makeup Not The New Matte Bare Minerals

Best Mineral Makeup foundation is that without bismuth and mica. Again for 2009 physicians and now large amounts of consumers are talking about mineral makeup that is bismuth free and mica free the best mineral foundations show also be biron and mica free due to the scratching surface of all those mineral ingredients.

This topic seams to have evolved and stayed in the limelight for quite some time, even allowing web md and the Examiner Mineral Makeup News Writer to be a top ranked in the google and other search for mineral makeup, though Google doesn’t rank sites by who’s the best mineral makeup brand, google as well as all the search engines use their own algorithms to place websites.  But that’s another topic.

Recently bareMinerals aka Bare Minerals, Bare Escentuals, ID Bare Minerals, etc, launched it’s version of matte mineral makeup foundation.  Though the small website offering free mineral makeup matte foundation samples,  had (as of last reading the fine print) absolutely NO information on what the mineral makeup ingredients were.  What’s up with that Bare Minerals.

We have the Sephora site as list the ingredients for those of you that would like to view them. Lauroyl Lysine, Silica, Calcium Silicate, Soil Minerals. May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.  (by the way SOIL Minerals is Bare Minerals’s way of NOT having to disclose the REAL ingredients. (see the FDA on trademarked ingredients names)  Be Aware of the other ingredients as MICA is a NO NO in mineral foundation also.  We hoped BE would get it right, but ??????

Most of the reviews at  Sephora are mixed, women either love it or hate it because it just sits on the skin due to the main ingredient Lauroyl Lysine, is derived from coconut fat (who wants fat on their skin) We didn’t see a preservative listed, but this new Bare Minerals Matte Foundaton Better have one, or the FAT ingredient Lauroyl Lysine will start to stink like any fat.  Yuck!

I purchased this same mineral makeup 6 piece brush set a few weeks ago when it came out on sale and I love it.  It’s the only one I’ve seen on the net like it and my favorite is the powder brush, it’s so soft.

This Special makeup brush set has an almost identical faux suede brush roll that mally cosmetics brushes come in, though the handles on these special brushes are wood in a soft pink so they won’t rust like the metal mally makeup brushes could.  In case you’re not familiar with mally beauty she is a pro makeup artist that was with Sephora before making the big time and having her own products manufactured and on QVC.  It’s nice that mally has products on QVC specials at times as well as her makeup website.  I haven’t personally tried mally’s products but my sister in law likes the eye shadow kits.

The mally comparable Pink Brush Set is $95.00, so you’re really getting a deal if you purchase during this weekend special.

I order from a few different mineral makeup companies.  I like the mineral makeup products I purchase from each, but there is not a comparison to the customer service and great freebies I get with each order from RAESIN IMAGES.

The last order I received from RI was just yesterday.  Even though their 40% off May Day sale was going on I received my order in less than 2 working days so that was great.  I did purchase over $110 to make sure I qualified with the sale for free shipping, but I also received a full size pink mineral makeup brush set.  I was astonished at such a nice non mentioned free item so check it out on their website and found it’s the new spring pink makeup brush set and it’s valued at over $30 and introductory priced at around $15.  I received the makeup brushes with no mention on anything free on the site so this was an awesome Mother’s Day gift for free for myself.

Last order from RI was for a few samples of their natural skin care, which I love their serums for how they help diminish, signs of my lines especially around my lips and eyes J  I did at that time receive a free gift of a really neat full sized crease makeup brush.  March I received a free metal mascara eye lash separating brush, and love it too.

I don’t always have a big mineral makeup or skin care order, usually $50 or so but haven’t had a month yet since November 2008 that I didn’t receive something wonderful and full sized free from RI.  I even have a trio lip gloss from them that I hear Kat designed similar to from the Chanel makeup collection and their natural cosmetics mineral lip gloss is always one of my favorite products as it keeps my lips extra soft and my hubby seems to like that too.

I love RI products and wanted to write this mineral makeup review to let other women know what a special makeup company they are, at least for me J  I’m heading off to the RI blog as they have some great articles and ideas on there if you haven’t visited it yet J
